Utility room with porch

After finishing the vertical slating on bathroom decided to build a utility/porch but did not want so called builders at our house again. Made a decision to build it all in wood! which also matches in with the log store which was another project I completed earlier on in the year. Did make a mistake on the left hand side T&G+V took it all off today 20th October packed it out with the correct size wood so now it is on in line and also now can fit the back door! Did have a slight problem with water ingress I used sticky flashing on stone wall but did not lie flat so got out the tin of bitumen & fibre glass with a little painting sealed a treat with no more water ingress :-) problem with the job is the money is running away with it! but thankfully nearly water tight & all materials now on site to complete.
